ServiceNow certifications System AdministratorCSA and Implementation SpecialistCIS
710 years experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD certification
Custom Application Development Design and build standalone applications custom tables and data models from the ground up using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine
Scripting and Logic Implementation Develop and maintain advanced serverside and clientside scripts including Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes and Flow Designer actions
Process and Workflow Automation Automate complex business processes and service delivery models to replace manual tasks
User Interface UIUX Design Create and configure intuitive portal pages service portals widgets forms and lists
Security and Access Control Implement and manage application security Access Control Lists ACLs user roles and scope boundaries
Integrations and Data Migration Connect ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs web services and data importexport utilities while ensuring data accuracy during legacy migrations
Testing and Troubleshooting Conduct thorough debugging unit testing and functional validation using tools like the Automated Test Framework ATF to resolve bugs and performance issues
Source Code and Release Management Manage application code via Git integration update sets or delegated development workflows
Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation integration guides and functional specifications for future maintenance
Stakeholder Collaboration Work alongside business analysts project managers system administrators and quality assurance QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
