Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Specialist with expertise in Selenium Testing Automation and Python Data Automation Testing to drive quality assurance and automation initiatives
Job Description
Design develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium and Python to ensure highquality software delivery Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test automation solutions Utilize SQL and ETL skills to validate data integrity and support backend testing processes Analyze test results identify defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues Continuously enhance automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation and data validation
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the automation testing efforts for complex projects ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Mentor and guide junior team members in Selenium and Python automation techniques
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts
Coordinate with stakeholders to define testing scope objectives and deliverables
Monitor and report on test progress metrics and outcomes to management
Drive process improvements in test automation and data validation methodologies
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the testing lifecycle
