Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Program Management to lead project planning stakeholder engagement and quality management initiatives
Job Description
Lead and oversee program management activities within the organization Develop comprehensive project plans aligning with organizational goals and timelines Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support Implement quality management processes to maintain high standards across projects Coordinate crossfunctional teams to deliver program objectives efficiently Monitor program progress and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management practices
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan execute and monitor complex projects ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget
Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements and provide project updates
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee deliverable excellence
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
Lead risk assessment and management activities throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor and support junior team members in program management methodologies
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
Drive stakeholder satisfaction through effective management and transparent reporting
