  • Escalate material issues with clear impact, ownership, and recommended actions.

Executive Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare executive dashboards, operating reviews, financial updates, and leadership presentations.
  • Convert detailed project and financial data into clear portfolio themes and management insights.
  • Develop concise narratives that explain what has changed, why it matters, and where leadership action is needed.
  • Ensure consistency across financial reports, project updates, dashboards, and executive presentations.

Workforce and Hiring Reporting

  • Maintain an accurate view of open positions, hiring stages, projected start dates, and staffing gaps.
  • Track employee and contractor hiring activity, including vendor candidate submissions.

  • Support demand intake, prioritization, annual planning, and development of the portfolio roadmap.
  • Maintain visibility into new requests, approved work, deferred initiatives, and changes in scope.

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual data consolidation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in portfolio governance, financial management, executive reporting, program management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to reconcile data and identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial analysis, data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and management reporting.

  • Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, project reporting, and executive dashboards.
  • Strong written communication and executive-storytelling skills.
  • Ability to move from detailed data to a concise explanation of performance, risks, and required decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial services, technology, fraud prevention, risk, or controls is preferred.
