Senior Specialist, OPS Business Technology Liaison

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, OPS Business Technology Liaison to join our GSS Enablement Processing team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supports operational readiness for a multi-year industry initiative focused on U.S. Treasury clearing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT).
  • Develops and executes testing scenarios across unit, process, functional, integration, regression and acceptance testing cycles to support delivery quality and operational preparedness.
  • Analyzes business, system and design requirements to create detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts that validate functionality and readiness.
  • Partners with business, technology, development, QA and PMO teams to coordinate testing activities, track defects and support timely remediation.
  • Identifies test data, environment and configuration requirements and works with stakeholders to establish test readiness.
  • Participates in product definition sessions, design reviews and walkthroughs to provide input on testing strategy, tools and approach.
  • Reviews testing results, documents defects and findings, and provides recommendations to management and project stakeholders to improve quality and performance.
  • Provides triage support for moderately complex issues identified during testing and helps drive resolution across internal and external teams.
  • Communicates testing resource needs, including staffing, tools, environments, test data and timelines, to support successful execution.
  • Partners with business areas to identify opportunities for process enhancements and technical improvements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • Preferably in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Technology or a related discipline

  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.

  • Experience supporting UAT, OAT, integration, regression and acceptance testing in support of large-scale initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and system requirements and translate them into effective testing documentation and execution plans.

  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, including business, operations, technology, development, QA and project management.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting treasury services, clearing, settlement or other market infrastructure-related operations.
  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation, regulatory or industry-driven change initiatives.
