GENERAL PURPOSE
The key functions of this position are reviewing, drafting, and processing a variety of transportation contracts, including amendments, addendums, non-disclosure agreements, event agreements, statements of work, to support the corporation's logistic management teams. The individual will assess incoming contract requests for completeness, and review, draft, and support negotiation of contract documents and interact with internal business stakeholders and vendors or their representatives, as directed. All these tasks will be completed with Ross Legal Department review of final outputs.

Transportation experience required
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
B.A. degree or equivalent work experience

Consistent timeliness and regular attendance
Vision: ability to see information in print and/or electronically
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc
This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, and client support. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work
