    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania (office based, 4 days a week).

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

    • Perform trade model-based managed account trade administration
    • Manage multiple workflow queues throughout the day to ensure accounts are traded within client/sponsor guidelines
    • Conduct quality control checks of account-related transactions to ensure accuracy prior to trading
    • Communicate frequently with custodians, banks, and brokers to expedite and resolve issues
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, enhance efficiency, and support process optimization initiatives
    • Leverage technology tools and demonstrate curiosity around AI-enabled solutions to help streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve the client and operational experience

    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field required
    • 5 - 7 total work experience preferred
    • FINRA Series 7 license required, or ability to obtain within a defined period after hire
    • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment; self-starter
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external parties; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
    • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies, or a demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn how to apply AI to drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and better business outcomes
