Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Azure Data Architecture to design develop and optimize data solutions leveraging Azure Data Factory Azure SQL Delta Lake and Azure DevOps
Job Description
Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to support complex ETL workflows Develop and maintain data storage solutions using Azure SQL and Delta Lake to ensure high performance and reliability Apply strong ETL concepts to transform and integrate data from diverse sources into cloudbased data platforms Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment CICD of data engineering solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and deliver optimized data architectures Monitor troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines and database performance to meet SLAs Ensure adherence to best practices in data security governance and compliance within Azure environments
Roles and Responsibilities
Architect and build endtoend data solutions on Azure focusing on data ingestion transformation and storage
Develop and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines for automated data movement and transformation
Manage Azure SQL databases including schema design query optimization and performance tuning
Implement Delta Lake features for reliable and scalable data lake storage
Use Azure DevOps to automate deployment processes manage version control and monitor pipeline health
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members on Azure data services and DevOps practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Document data architecture designs pipeline configurations and operational procedures
Stay updated with emerging Azure data technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions
