Senior Solutions Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to work with customers, sales, and engineering teams to develop technical solutions that meet customer needs. This role combines engineering expertise, problem-solving, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand technical requirements and business needs.

• Develop and recommend customized technical solutions.

• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review customer specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.

• Prepare technical proposals, estimates, and solution designs.

• Provide technical support during the sales and implementation process.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend solutions.

• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.

• Identify opportunities for product improvements and new solutions.

• Travel to customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Applications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related role.

• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Industrial manufacturing, automation, controls, robotics, or engineered equipment experience preferred.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
