About the role
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in distributed data processing, enterprise data platforms and infrastructure architecture.
You will take end-to-end technical ownership of customer deployments across three Acceldata products:
Beyond deploying and configuring the platforms, you will work closely with customers' infrastructure, security and database teams to design secure, scalable architectures, guide technical decisions and make sure production implementations succeed in complex enterprise environments.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines solution architecture, engineering and technical consulting. You will design and deploy distributed data platforms, troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems, optimise workloads, and turn technical trade-offs into clear recommendations for customer stakeholders. You will be the trusted technical advisor customers rely on, from initial design through production readiness.
What we look for:
Strongly Preferred (Great Foundation)
$140,000 - $160,000 a year
You'll work on genuinely hard problems for some of the most demanding data organisations in the world, with the autonomy to own an engagement end-to-end and the visibility that comes with being the customer's principal technical partner. If you enjoy the moment a complex, secured cluster comes up clean, and the customer's team trusts what you've built - this is that job.
Acceldata has been named to Forbes' America's Best Startup Employers for two consecutive years, recognised on CRN's Big Data 100 for data observability and DataOps, and named a Leader in Everest Group's Data Observability PEAK Matrix.
Above all, Acceldata has a people-first culture; you get full ownership of real, high-impact problems from day one.
