We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives in our Worcester MA office in a hybrid work arrangement.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The ideal candidate will possess strong business and technical acumen, with a proven track record of designing and delivering modern insurance solutions across policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, customer engagement, and distribution channels.
This role requires a hands-on architect who can bridge business strategy and technology execution while driving cloud-native, customer-centric, and AI-enabled solutions.
This is a full-time, exempt position.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Solution Architecture roles.
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry experience required.
Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (i.e Lawful Permanent Resident or US Citizen)
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
Experience working with distributed Agile teams.
Strong hands-on experience in Java-based Full Stack Development:
Java
Spring Boot
Microservices Architecture
React, Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks
Mainframe experience is a plus
Extensive experience with workflow and BPM platforms such as Pega
Cloud & Infrastructure
Microsoft Azure Cloud
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Docker and Containerization
Kubernetes
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Integration & APIs
API-led architecture
Enterprise Integration Patterns
Event-driven architecture
Messaging platforms (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.)
Mobile & Customer Applications
Experience architecting and delivering:
Mobile applications (iOS/Android)
Customer self-service portals
Agent/Broker portals
Digital claims and policy servicing platforms
Generative AI
Experience implementing Generative AI solutions using:
LLM-based applications
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
AI-powered chatbots and assistants
Intelligent document processing
P&C insurance platform experience such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar.
Experience with domain-driven design (DDD).
Azure certifications and cloud architecture certifications.
Experience with data and analytics platforms supporting insurance operations.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements within the insurance industry.
