Overview
Provide technical leadership for a real-time decisioning platform, leading by example through daily hands-on development—designing and coding core components end-to-end to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.

Required Skills- Modern Java depth Java 17+ / Java 21
- Spring Boot
- MongoDB
- Distributed system design
- Performance tuning
- Rest API's
- Observability & Reliability (logging, tracing, etc.)
- Cloud (Any cloud fine, Preferably Red Hat OpenShift)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tradeoff thinking
- Team player
Required Education- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills- Kafka
