This company is building a state-of-the-art assembly-focused factory that integrates robotics and advanced technologies to create a dual-use Everything Factory. Their mission is to enhance efficiency in manufacturing and logistics while contributing to defense and autonomous vehicle sectors.

    What You Will Do

    • Lead the development of backend systems using Python and C/C++ to support the factory's operational infrastructure.
    • Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging AWS and GCP for cloud-based services.
    • Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.
    • Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes to ensure efficient application management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows and enhance system performance.
    • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Analyze system metrics to drive performance enhancements and operational efficiency.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 3–6 years of experience in backend engineering or related fields.
    • Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP.
    • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools, particularly Terraform.
    • Experience with containerization technologies, such as Kubernetes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred

    • Experience in robotics, AI, or manufacturing sectors.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
    • Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a technical team.

    Compensation and Benefits
