Senior Software Engineer

Summary:
This position involves onsite web application development using React and Node.js. The role requires collaborating with a team to implement, test, and support features in a production environment, while working closely with Product Managers, User Experience, and other support roles to define product requirements. The candidate will follow industry-standard agile software design methodology and techniques.
 
Responsibilities

• Develop web applications in the Operations Center, primarily using React and Node.js.
• Collaborate with a team of developers to implement, test, and support features in a production environment.
• Work with Product Managers, User Experience, and other support roles to define and refine product requirements.
• Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology and techniques.

 
Qualifications

• Strong experience in Typescript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with designing and using REST APIs at scale.
• Experience with Test Driven Development and test automation using Playwright.
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes with Github Actions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a cross-functional team.
• Understanding of Agile practices and experience with Github Copilot.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $63.50 - $65.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
