About the department

Join the Security Master and Enterprise Data Management team to deliver reliable enterprise reference data through SimCorp GAIN. You will configure scalable data rules, workflows, Golden Copy processing, integrations, and distribution solutions supporting investment operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Data Management, business subject matter experts, Architects, Product Owners, and Technology teams across project delivery and production support.

How you will add value

• You will design, configure, test, and maintain enterprise SimCorp GAIN solutions.
• You will implement acquisition, normalisation, validation, derivation, matching, and selection rules.
• You will optimise Golden Copy processing and Security Master workflows.
• You will investigate data issues using GAIN Data Browser and resolve root causes.
• You will have experience using C#, .NET, Structured Query Language (SQL) in the context of GAIN and investigating and building mapping rules.
• You will support testing, releases, production deployments, and post-release validation.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders and mentor colleagues during complex technical investigations.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SimCorp GAIN Studio configuration and development experience.
• Experience using C# and .NET to build GAIN solutions.
• Strong Security Master, Reference Data Management, and enterprise data-processing experience.
• Asset management and SimCorp Dimension experience are preferred.

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in GAIN Studio, GAIN Data Browser, rules, workflows, and Golden Copy processing.
• Strong C#, .NET Framework, Visual Studio, and object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with Oracle Structured Query Language (SQL) development and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML), schemas, Git or Subversion (SVN), and integrations.
• Exposure to cloud, Python, PowerShell, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery tooling is advantageous.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder-management, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, lead investigations, share knowledge, and mentor colleagues.

Work Schedule & Location

• This position will work a hybrid schedule 3 days/week in any of our East Coast locations.
• Boston, Stamford, Baltimore, or St. Petersburg.
