Senior Software Engineer, Reporting Solutions

Position Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Data Visualization team , you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications and AI- powered solutions that improve business outcomes and decision making. You will serve as technical leader and AI subject matter expert, helping guide the team in the effective use of AI technologies. You will conduct code reviews and promote clean, efficient, and maintainable development and help establish best practices and continuously improve how the team develops and delivers technology solutions.

A Day In The Life

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional business & IT teams to gather and analyze requirements

• Ensure the team writes clean, scalable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth

• Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes

You'll Come With

• 5+ years of experience in application development.

• 3-5 years of experience with AI tools

• Hands-on experience building and implementing AI agents or similar AI powered solutions

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or a similar reporting/BI platform; Power BI experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience developing applications in Azure/cloud environments as well as on-premise environments.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and frameworks

• Strong communication and teamwork skills#LI-ML1
