What You Will Do

• Design and implement full-stack applications using TypeScript and Python to support business operations.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to refine product requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain APIs that integrate with various services and platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–8 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally within the software development or insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being self-directed.

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enterprise software solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
