Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for their Plano, TX location.
Responsibilities:
An experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain a multi-module enterprise quality engineering portal.
This role will own both frontend and backend development, building scalable enterprise applications using modern web technologies and microservices architecture.
Requirements:
12+ years of overall IT experience
6+ years of Java and Spring Boot development, including REST APIs and microservices
3+ years of React (preferably Next.js) and TypeScript
Strong PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and query optimization
Hands-on experience with SSO/OIDC/OAuth 2.0 authentication (Okta preferred)
Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Knowledge of API Gateway patterns, OWASP security practices, and application security
