About the team:
The team drives high-quality software delivery aligned with company goals, focusing on early quality integration and expanding automated test coverage using advanced automation and AI tools tailored for Wi-Fi testing. They empower product teams to deliver fast, reliable, and user-centered experiences through collaborative efforts and a customer-first mindset. Emphasizing continuous improvement, the team manages scoped feature delivery, rigorous testing, and technical innovation. They maintain strong communication across functions to ensure solutions meet business and user needs while fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and proactive problem-solving to support Walmart’s platform and product strategies.

What you'll do:

• Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing.
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity.
• Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
• Monitor application performance and ensure adherence to project milestones through proactive DevOps practices.
• Promote engineering excellence by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through collaborative engineering teams.
• Experience with AI/ML integration and generative artificial intelligence tools to enhance software solutions.
• Proficiency in software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software designs.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
