Job Summary (Senior Software Engineer) Dallas, TX

- Provide operational support for Development, UAT, and Production environments
- Monitor application health, system performance, and operational dashboards
- Troubleshoot production incidents, application issues, and data processing failures
- Assist with root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers to investigate and resolve client-reported issues
- Support data processing activities, operational workflows, and scheduled jobs
- Participate in production support and release activities

DevOps and Automation:
- Maintain deployment scripts and release procedures
- Manage environment configurations and application settings
- Enhance operational monitoring and alerting capabilities

Cloud and Infrastructure Support:
- Support AWS-hosted environments and services
- Manage cloud resources for Assessment applications
- Ensure system scalability, monitoring, logging, and operational readiness

Application Support and Development:
- Troubleshoot and support .NET applications and services
- Support application enhancements and resolve defects
- Develop utility programs, automation tools, and operational scripts
- Assist with code reviews and release readiness
- Support database development and troubleshoot data issues

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and operational environments
- Strong troubleshooting, production support, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with .NET applications and AWS cloud technologies
- Experience managing deployments and release processes
