What You Will Do

• Design and implement robust smart contracts using Rust and Solidity to enhance platform functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute high-performance trading algorithms.
• Optimize existing codebase for scalability and efficiency in a high-traffic environment.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and security.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in Rust and Solidity, with a proven track record of deploying smart contracts in production.
• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) applications and an understanding of on-chain trading mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks within the blockchain ecosystem.
• Experience in contributing to open-source projects or participating in developer communities.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $150K to $200K, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and well-being.
