Our client, a global financial technology organization headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its engineering team. This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). The salary range is $180,000-$220,000 plus a 30% bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop applications and services supporting client’s rapidly growing client base.
Build software that supports the expansion of of our client's brokerage business into new markets around the world.
Optimize and refactor existing code for improved reliability and performance.
Write and maintain design and engineering documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or related degree.
Minimum 5 years of professional programming experience.
At least 3 years of Java programming experience.
Python, Perl or similar scripting language experience.
Relational databases experience (Oracle).
Strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
