    Description

    Responsibilities
    Planning at Scale

    Prepare and facilitate BRP and I&A events.
    Coordinate post-BRP activities and summarize outcomes.
    Lead monthly and product-specific planning activities.
    Drive cross-functional collaboration.

    Drive Execution

    Drive Agile rhythms and routines.
    Manage delivery progress against commitments.
    Promote continuous delivery, technical excellence, AI tools adoption, DORA metrics, and technology initiatives.
    Advance DevOps maturity and CI/CD practices.
    Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams.
    Improve execution maturity through collaboration and best practices.

    Flow Optimization

    Manage end-to-end feature backlog.
    Track and improve product flow and value delivery metrics.

    Relentless Improvement

    Drive continuous improvements across processes, tools, metrics, and practices.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for workstream implementation.

    Sustained Coaching

    Coach teams on Agile transformation, SDLC, Time Tracking, ECM, TCM, Annual Planning, and organizational standards.
    Guide teams on POM, Agile Playbook, EFT, ERFT, and RDL responsibilities and practices.

    Success Metrics

    Develop and leverage dashboards to improve predictability and execution.
    Track roadmap delivery metrics including Objective Predictability, CI/CO achievement, and other delivery KPIs.

    Required Skills

    SAFe/Agile delivery experience
    Release Train Engineering (RTE)
    SDLC and DevOps
    CI/CD and DORA Metrics
    Backlog, dependency, risk, and stakeholder management
    Strong facilitation, planning, and coaching skills
    Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
