• Lead Feature Development: Drive the execution of core features for TCGplayer's purchase and payment platforms with a focus on scalability and security.

• Write & Review Code: Deliver high-quality C#/.NET Core code while conducting insightful code reviews to maintain technical excellence.

• Architecture & Documentation: Create comprehensive system diagrams, technical specs, and design docs to align cross-functional engineering teams.

• Mentorship: Elevate team capabilities through pair programming, architectural guidance, and continuous feedback.

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with C# and ASP.NET / .NET Core.

• Database Expertise: Proficiency with RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL data stores (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).

• Event-Driven Messaging: Hands-on experience with Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.

• Cloud & Microservices: Proven background designing microservices in cloud environments (preferably AWS).

• High Scale: Track record of building high-volume, high-availability transaction systems.

• Agile Leadership: Excellent communication skills with experience in geographically distributed Agile environments.
