Senior Software Engineer (AWS Full Stack Engineer)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AWS Full Stack Engineer) for their Plano, TX location.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage the CQRE One Portal application and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• This role combines full stack development, cloud engineering, CI/CD automation, and AI-driven software delivery using AWS AIDLC, Kiro, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and serverless solutions.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation).
• Develop AWS Lambda-based data pipelines and integrations.
• Ensure application security, scalability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Leverage Kiro and Amazon Bedrock to support AI-driven development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 14+ years of IT experience.
• 6+ years of AWS experience (ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, IAM, KMS).
• 3+ years of full stack development with React/Angular and Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with AWS AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AIDLC), Kiro, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation).
• Docker and CI/CD pipeline expertise.
• Python development experience with AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, monitoring, and observability.
• Preferred Skills
• REST/GraphQL API development.
• OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
• Amazon Bedrock or AI/ML integrations.
• Okta SSO configuration.
• Enterprise compliance and audit logging experience.
