Senior Software Engineer

Experience in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation, machine learning, and business process automation solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Addison, TX

Salary Range: $65-$70/hr on W2

 

Introduction

This role requires a specific start date due to business needs and will require resources that can meet the outlined start date. The position is a potential contract to hire and will require resources that do not require sponsorship now or in the future. A hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week is required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Python.
• Must have 10+ Years of Java Developement.
• Must have 5+ Years of Springboot
• Must have 5+ Years of  Microservices
• Must have exp with Workfusion
• Must have exp with Python
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation, machine learning, and business process automation solutions.
• Strong background in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to design and implement robust application architectures using RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with the WorkFusion platform.
• Exposure to ML model development using both WorkFusion OOTB models and Python.
• Experience working with distributed testing teams across multiple geographies, time zones, and cultures.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable automation frameworks and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions to ensure quality and performance.
