Description

Our client, a Real Estate and Financial Services company, is looking for a Senior Software Developer( MS purview/AI) for their Mclean, VA location.
 
Requirements:
  • Must have 7 years of development experience, strong knowledge  of Gen AI, and the ability to integrate native AI solutions like Copilot.
  • Experience with data  engineering, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, file systems, and hands-on expertise with  Microsoft Purview is required.
  • Seeking an experienced Developer with a strong background and hands-on expertise in  Purview policy configuration, Security Copilot, and Purview’s native AI capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, data engineering, and experience with AWS and  Python (or other languages).
  • This role will focus on implementing innovative AI-driven  automation workflows and robust data security practices.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years specializing in  experience with Microsoft Purview: Data governance, cataloging, classification, and policy  configuration.
  • Extensive practical experience implementing and optimizing GenAI-powered solutions, with a particular focus on Microsoft’s Security Copilot and Purview native AI capabilities.
  • Strong Typescript, JavaScript, Python skills for modern application development.
  • Data engineering experience: ETL, data pipelines, data cataloging, and management.
  • Experience with AWS: Data services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift), security, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical  stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs to enable integration between enterprise applications
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and
  • Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate).
  • Prior experience in a regulated industry and/or enterprise risk
