Senior Software Developer

Job Duties: Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications for enterprise software solutions within banking and retirement services domains. Design and develop scalable, multi-tier applications and microservices using Java and J2EE technologies, including Spring Boot, Spring Batch and RESTful/SOAP web services. Participate in system architecture and technical design, defining application components, service interfaces, data flows, and integration patterns for distributed systems. Develop backend services and integrate with Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB using JDBC and JPA. Implement secure authentication using Spring Security and JWT and enable asynchronous messaging with Apache Kafka. Build automated tests with JUnit and Mockito, support the full SDLC, CI/CD with Jenkins and Gradle, deploy on AWS and OpenShift, monitor performance with Splunk, and collaborate in Agile teams using JIRA and Confluence.

Other: Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any field) or Equivalent + 5 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
