This is a Lead DVM role within a respected, community-focused hospital with a strong reputation for compassionate care, high clinical standards, and long-standing client relationships. You'll work alongside an established, highly regarded 3-doctor veterinary team in a modern, fully equipped facility offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental services.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for small animal patients
- Serve as Lead DVM, guiding clinical standards and supporting medical decision-making
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and patients
- Collaborate closely with a skilled 3-doctor veterinary team and experienced support staff
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing hospital culture focused on excellent patient care
- Participate in ongoing clinical development and continuous improvement of hospital protocols
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $140,000$170,000 depending on experience
- $50,000 signing bonus
- 20% ProSal production bonus with no negative accrual

Schedule- Balanced full-time schedule with no Sunday hours
- MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

- (Maximum of 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays required)
- Full-time benefits available for veterinarians working 30+ hours per week
