Job Title: Senior Sitecore Developer
Work Location: Richardson, Texas (Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week in office)
Duration: 1 year contract 
Education/Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the Sitecore XP platform, including Sitecore SXA, Helix architecture, and Scriban templating.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Join our Digital & Technology team as a proactive Senior Sitecore Developer.
• Focus on creating and maintaining corporate marketing websites and internal applications using headless technologies like Next.js.
• Contribute deep Sitecore expertise and collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Utilize Sitecore XP and modern web technologies to develop and sustain marketing and business websites.
• Create internal marketing applications and APIs using headless frameworks such as Next.js.
• Work in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, product managers, and marketing stakeholders.
• Customize Sitecore SXA for integration with Marketing Automation tools, Customer Data Platforms, CDNs, Data Lakes, and AI platforms.
• Enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous code, build, and release pipeline improvements.
• Provide post-rollout support and address issues proactively to ensure application stability.
• Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions, including presentations and technical PoCs.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to internal security, accessibility, and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Sitecore XP, including SXA, Helix architecture, and Scriban templating.
• Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture and databases.
• Experience integrating with Coveo, Marketing Automation platforms, CDPs, CDNs, and enterprise data lakes.
• Proficient in API-first development using REST and GraphQL, including SSO integration.
• Experience with blue/green deployment pipelines on Azure PaaS environments.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Sitecore certification is advantageous but not required.
• Experience in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong debugging skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication of technical concepts.
• Proactive communicator with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Exhibits sound judgment and decision-making in technical solutions.
• Comfortable asking questions and driving discussions to resolution.
