Job Title: Senior Site Manager
Job Description
The Senior Site Manager provides strategic leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on oversight of multi-site shop and field operations involving the fabrication, assembly, delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electromechanical equipment. Serving as the company's primary jobsite representative and field expert, this role oversees equipment installation, manages field crews, coordinates with customers and contractors, ensures safety, and acts as the eyes and ears of the engineering team in the field. The Senior Site Manager directs project execution, resource allocation, scheduling, site administration, and quality assurance across multiple job sites and shop operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Work Environment
This role is highly field-based, with up to 90% travel to job sites and extended assignments away from the home base. You will work across shops, warehouses, and active construction sites that involve the fabrication, assembly, and installation of electromechanical equipment and structural steel. The environment includes coordination with engineers, architects, construction managers, general contractors, unions, and various trades on complex, large-scale projects such as stadiums, entertainment venues, aerospace facilities, observatories, and custom crane installations. Work hours may vary based on project schedules and site requirements, and conditions can include active construction zones, heavy equipment, cranes, forklifts, and elevated work areas. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $72.00/hr.
