MDR is looking for an amazing Senior ​Signature/Data Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support MDA Targets and Countermeasures program in solid fuel debris model development and validation, pre and post-flight trajectory analysis, and on-site mission support.Job Description (What You'll Be Doing)Support the development, integration, analysis, and documentation of target analysis products for pre-mission and post-mission activities for all MDA Flight TestsPlan test activities and provide recommendations for team assignments to support mission activitiesContribute to development of Target Vehicle notional trajectories, flight scenarios, and debris scenesDeploy for test missions and develop data analysis products such as Target Best Estimated Trajectory (BET), Target Quick-look Brief, and Target Launch Time within required 24-hour (quick-look) timeframe, ensuring accuracy of data productsParticipate in target development and test planning activities such as Target System Readiness Reviews, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Target and Test Readiness Reviews, providing analysis and recommendationsPrepare technical reports and/or briefings on various technical aspects of Flight Test TargetsRequired Skills (What Required Skills You Bring)Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience, or Master's Degree with 12+ years experience.Interim Security clearance.Experience in a minimum of 2 of the following areas: trajectory/kinematic simulation, EO/IR sensor exploitation, RF sensor exploitation, geodesy.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well alone and with a teamPreferred Skills (Desired but not Required)B.S. in Engineering or Physics highly desiredM.S. in Engineering or PhysicsActive Security Clearance desired.Experience working independently and/or leading sub-teams to analyze and resolve problemsSkilled in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointSkilled in use of Matlab, and TAOS softwareFamiliar with STK softwareExperience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weaponsPosition RequirementsClearance RequiredInterim SecretPosition LevelPrincipalFT/PTFull TimeYears Related Work Experience20Education Level Required4-yrMission Driven Research is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.
