Position: Senior Signal Integrity Engineer -High-Speed Test & Measurement

Location: Nashua, NH

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Signal Integrity Engineering Manager for our OverPass Business Unit, you will be a part of a dynamic team designing test & measurement strategies focused on cable assemblies for next-generation AI data centerssupporting data rates up to 448 Gbps. This role calls for strong technical expertise, a curious mindset, and a passion for developing innovative testing solutions for cutting-edge products serving rapidly evolving cloud, data center, and enterprise markets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering / electrical engineering technology/computer engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SI (signal integrity) testing is required.
• Laboratory experience with VNAs, TDRs, BERTs, and other high-frequency test and measurement equipment.
• Familiarity with high-speed standards and technologies, such as PCIe, Ethernet, or other similar protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience with a defect tracking system.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
