  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
  • Support pre-sales activities as assigned, including discovery, solutioning, demonstrations, estimates, and proposal development.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and professional experience may be considered.
  • Five to seven years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development, configuration, administration, or implementation experience.
  • At least two years of successful ServiceNow implementation experience in enterprise environments.
  • At least two years of direct ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation, configuration, administration, or support experience.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integration methods.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps or release-management practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Certifications
