Description
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in enterprise IT project management and ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM architecture.
- Experience with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies for complex multi-workstream initiatives.
- Experience in directing third-party vendors and external partners for seamless system integrations.
- Experience with tracking project schedules, mitigating technical risks, and managing enterprise software scope.
- Experience in organizational change management and executing targeted platform user adoption strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery and ongoing maturity of enterprise ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and dependencies across technical workstreams.
- Coordinate deployment activities involving cross-functional technical teams and third-party implementation partners.
- Manage comprehensive project scope, risks, and technical issues to ensure on-time system delivery.
- Orchestrate rigorous system testing, user training, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Direct enterprise platform governance and facilitate executive decision-making through strategic reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance enterprise service request and incident management capabilities.
