A global biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Enterprise Workflow Integrations Developer to design and build scalable workflows spanning Procurement, Finance, HR, Employee Services, and other shared-service functions.
This senior hands-on position combines ServiceNow engineering, enterprise integration, workflow automation, and intelligent service delivery. The developer will connect ServiceNow with major ERP and HCM platforms while creating secure, reusable, and supportable solutions that improve employee and business processes.
This is not an ITSM-only role. The successful candidate must have significant experience building enterprise workflows and ServiceNow integrations with platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Workday.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and develop enterprise workflows, Service Catalog solutions, portals, approvals, and case/request-management applications.
- Build workflows supporting Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Finance, HR, Employee Services, and Shared Services.
- Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, approval flows, notifications, forms, and portal components.
- Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and other JavaScript-based ServiceNow functionality.
- Build secure integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise ERP/HCM platforms.
- Develop integrations using IntegrationHub, Integration Spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Servers.
- Use Flow Designer, Glide APIs, and Scripted REST APIs to develop scalable platform solutions.
- Create data mappings, transformations, synchronization, reconciliation, monitoring, and exception-handling processes.
- Develop employee self-service capabilities using Employee Center and related ServiceNow functionality.
- Extend existing Integration Spokes while maintaining reusable and supportable patterns.
- Incorporate AI-enabled search, automation, and conversational experiences into enterprise workflows.
- Troubleshoot production defects, integration failures, performance issues, and data problems.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code review, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Produce technical designs, runbooks, support procedures, and operational documentation.
- Favor platform configuration and reusable patterns over unnecessary customization.
Role Requirements:- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise integration experience.
- 4+ years building enterprise workflows, Service Catalog solutions, portals, and case/request-management applications.
- 4+ years working with Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Finance, HR, or Employee Service processes.
- 3+ years integrating ServiceNow with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Workday.
- Strong IntegrationHub and Integration Spoke experience.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform-development skills.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Glide APIs, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Servers.
- Experience with JSON/XML processing, data transformations, and integration monitoring.
- Understanding of API security, including OAuth2, certificates, and API keys.
- Strong production troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- Ability to work EST hours.
- Candidates must be able to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
- Employee Center and HRSD.
- Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or generative AI.
- Moveworks, IBM watsonx, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
- ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification.
- Enterprise Service Management transformation experience.
