    Senior ServiceNow Developer

    We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into secure and maintainable configurations and integrations.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and custom solutions.
    • Work across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, SecOps, HRSD, SPM, and BCM.
    • Build platform components including Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, catalog items, dashboards, and reports.
    • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, import sets, and transform maps.
    • Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root-cause analysis.
    • Create technical documentation, test plans, and deployment/rollback procedures.
    • Support Agile development, code reviews, releases, and platform governance.

    Requirements
    • 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise environments.
    • 3 years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules.
    • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and update sets.
    • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow governance.
    • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • Must be eligible for required security clearance.
