Seeking a highly motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer - AI & Agentic Automation to help drive the next generation of intelligent automation on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate possesses strong ServiceNow development expertise and is passionate about applying AI and automation to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development

• Build solutions using Business Rules, JavaScript. Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, APIs, and Flow Designer.

AI & Agentic AI Development

• Design, configure, and deploy solutions leveraging:

o Now Assist

o AI Agent Studio

o AI Agents

o AI Skills

o Virtual Agent

o Generative AI capabilities

• Develop intelligent workflows and AI-driven employee experiences.
• Create reusable AI skills, actions, prompts, and orchestration patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.
• Support AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Salary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year
