Job Description

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong integration experience to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow development, ITSM modules, integrations, and platform best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan sprint activities, allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical walkthroughs to maintain development standards.
• Own technical deliverables and provide guidance to team members.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party applications.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security practices, and platform scalability.
• Work with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and iPaaS technologies integrated with ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Support teams to troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer with integration expertise.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Experience with ESB and iPaaS integration technologies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, perform reviews, and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
