Title: Senior ServiceNow Architect (SPM Experience Mandatory)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM & CMDB Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ServiceNow Platform Architecture . The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise architecture, driving platform governance, leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations, and aligning portfolio management strategies with business objectives.
The candidate should possess deep expertise in designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, establishing CMDB governance frameworks, implementing SPM processes, and enabling digital transformation initiatives across global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow SPM Architecture
Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Design and implement:
o Demand Management
o Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
o Resource Management
o Strategic Planning
o Financial Planning
o Investment Funding
o Program & Project Management
o Agile Development & Agile Program Management
o OKR Management
Define portfolio governance models, funding structures, project intake processes, and resource allocation strategies.
Create executive dashboards, portfolio health metrics, and performance reporting frameworks.
Solution Architecture & Governance
Define enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and roadmap.
Conduct architecture reviews, design authority governance, and platform health assessments.
Create Architecture Documents (HLD, LLD, Solution Blueprints).
Define integration architecture with enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Azure, AWS, monitoring tools, DevOps, and third-party applications.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Delivery Teams to align ServiceNow capabilities with business goals.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead solution workshops and architecture discussions.
Provide mentoring and technical leadership to developers, consultants, and technical leads.
Support presales activities, solution estimations, RFPs, and transformation programs.
Engage with executive stakeholders and define strategic roadmaps for ServiceNow adoption.
Required Experience
12+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
5+ years of ServiceNow SPM architecture and implementation experience.
Experience architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations.
Strong knowledge of CSDM, CMDB governance, and data quality frameworks.
Experience working in global Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
CIS Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) - Preferred
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Preferred
