Senior ServiceNow Architect

Title: Senior ServiceNow Architect( WSD, EAM, Experience Mandatory)

Location: Dallas,TX(onsite from Day 1)
Duration : 6+ Months of Contract with Possible Extension

Required: Experience: 12+ years Mandatory and n eed only 12+ Years of Candidate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations .
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and govern Workplace Services including:
• • Space Management
  • Reservation Management
  • Workplace Visitor Management
  • Workplace Case Management
  • Employee Experience workflows

• Design and implement Enterprise Asset Management capabilities including:

• • Asset lifecycle management
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Work order management
  • Inventory and spare parts management
  • Vendor and contract integrations

• Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance.
• Create HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform health assessments.
• Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads across ServiceNow engagements.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive platform modernization, upgrades, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.
