Title: Senior Service Now Developer

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite from Day 1)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery for accurate infrastructure and application dependency mapping.
• Configure and manage CMDB governance, reconciliation rules, identification rules, and health dashboards.
• Drive CSDM adoption and align CMDB data models with ServiceNow best practices.
• Implement and enhance ITOM modules, including Event Management, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub integrations.
• Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, discovery, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and release management activities.

• Required Skills:

  4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

  Strong expertise in:

• ServiceNow Discovery
• CMDB Administration & Governance
• Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• Strong scripting skills using:
• JavaScript
• Glide APIs
• Script Includes
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies

• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience working with Service Portal and UI Builder is preferred.
• Knowledge of MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• ServiceNow certifications preferred:
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
