Amerisure is recruiting a Senior Service and Support Administrator to join our team! This role will be hybrid 3 days a week in the local office & 2 from home. Office locations include Atlanta GA, Charlotte NC, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, Farmington Hills MI, Indianapolis IN or Tampa FL.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides underwriting support to Special Risk team to ensure documentation workflow and tasks are completed accurately and in adherence with established timelines. Administrator of Special Risk (SR) database and SR underwriting workflow processes that support the team objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer of SR Tracker and SR UW workflow processes to support the teams new and renewal objectives. Responsibilities include:
Set up and tracking of renewal/new business and tracking issued premiums
Create the pipeline/prospect tracker.
Create the New and Renewal files in the SR UW Doc folders
Update renewal/new business files to ensure that required underwriting data is accurate and complete
Binding and Issuance instructions close out duplicates, complete and distribute NOC and IQS to appropriate parties. Collaborate with credit to resolve questions on issuance instructions.
FACRe. Assist the SR Consultant- send issued policy to the reinsurer, make sure the correct documentation is into the SR UDoc and IR file and facilitate the payment process as requested.
Utilize DocuSign system to obtain required signatures on any WC large deductible with Missouri premium. Signatures of Insured, Agency and Amerisure are required.
Monthly Reconciliation of Retro Monitor Report information in SRQ to Actuarial monthly retro spreadsheet information.
Maintain calendars for the team and complete various administrative duties for the team as assigned.
Business Continuity Coordinator for Special Risk and Field Underwriting support
Chicago CSC: LAN coordinator, plus miscellaneous facility duties-all on a back-up basis.
Assist with the creation of legal documents and review underwriting documents for accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED
3 years of administrative experience
Experience in commercial insurance preferred
Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
Demonstrated successful ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
