Job Summary: This role focuses on creating and managing impactful security training content for sales, support, and customer audiences. You will translate complex technical information into clear visual presentations and collateral, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy across all materials. The position also involves updating and maintaining existing content to reflect industry changes and optimize for digital delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop engaging visual presentations from technical source material.
- Create illustrations, diagrams, and infographics for various security collateral.
- Update and maintain slideware and other content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Apply HTML/CSS styling to knowledge base articles and other digital assets.
- Contribute to the improvement and documentation of content processes.
Must-Have Skills:- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to translate technical content into visual formats.
- Meticulous attention to brand guidelines and design standards.
Industry Experience:- Experience in the cloud security or compliance industry is preferred for this role.
