Roles & Responsibilities
Administer centralized firewall management using Panorama, including device groups, templates, policy deployment, and configuration management.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of connectivity, packet drops, asymmetric routing, application access, NAT, VPN, and firewall performance issues.
Analyze traffic, threat, URL, system, configuration, and Global Protect logs to perform root-cause analysis.
Plan and execute PAN-OS upgrades, content updates, configuration changes, firewall migrations, and maintenance activities.
Work with network, SOC, infrastructure, application, cloud, and security teams during major incidents and complex service-impacting issues.
Own L3 escalations from L1/L2 teams and drive problems through technical resolution and root-cause analysis.
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 a year
