Senior SEC Accounting Analyst – Confidential CompanyLocation: Hybrid schedule— 3 days onsite in a centrally located downtown officeCompensation: $95,000–$125,000 base salary + 10% annual discretionary bonusAbout the RoleA confidential, multi‑entity organization is seeking a Senior SEC Accounting Analyst to support financial reporting, consolidated close activities, and external reporting requirements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial results while assisting with SEC filings, internal controls, and corporate accounting initiatives.You will collaborate with teams across the organization, contribute to key reporting processes, and help enhance global reporting structure and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual multi‑entity consolidated reportingAssist in preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAPContribute to SEC filings , including portions of Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, and related disclosuresPerform consolidation validations, analytics, and reconciliation reviewsPartner with internal accounting teams to resolve reporting discrepanciesSupport SOX compliance , audit requests, and documentation of internal controlsParticipate in corporate accounting activities, including accounting assessments, reporting updates, and process improvementsCollaborate on enhancements to reporting tools and data processesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in industry or public accounting with exposure to consolidated financial reporting or SEC reportingBachelor's degree in AccountingExperience supporting or auditing large, multi‑entity or product‑based companiesPreferred QualificationsCPA (active or in progress)Experience with financial reporting systems (OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar)Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting practicesAbility to work cross‑functionally with domestic and international teamsStrong analytical, communication, and Excel skillsSalary Range: $95,000–$125,000 annuallyBonus Eligibility: 10% discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performanceBenefits Offered Include:Personal Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysPaid Sick Leave where required by state lawMedical, dental, and vision insurance optionsTerm life & AD&D , short‑ and long‑term disability , and voluntary supplemental benefitsCommuter benefits , wellness programs, and 401(k) plan (with employer match, where applicable)Why This OpportunityThis role offers a chance to step into a high‑visibility position supporting both consolidated and SEC reporting at a growing organization.
