Work Schedule:In office Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with Remote Fridays
Pay Rate: $60-$65/hour

Overview:
We are partnering with a large enterprise organization seeking a Senior Scrum Master with deep expertise in Kanban and flow-based delivery. This individual will independently support multiple Agile teams and drive measurable improvements in delivery health, transparency, and predictability.
This role is best suited for a highly autonomous delivery leader who thrives in complex environments and can influence both teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach multiple Agile teams utilizing Kanban and flow-based delivery practices
- Assess delivery effectiveness and identify systemic impediments impacting flow
- Implement and evolve Kanban systems to improve transparency, throughput, and predictability
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
- Leverage delivery metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput, aging work, etc.) to guide continuous improvement
- Support cross-team coordination and alignment across various delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
- Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to maintain backlog health and delivery alignment
- Promote Agile best practices and serve as a mentor to other Scrum Masters
Required Qualifications:
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) and formal Kanban training or certification
- Strong experience leading Kanban teams in complex, enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive measurable delivery improvements
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent teams
- Recent hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to navigate challenging conversations while maintaining team accountability and transparency
Preferred:
- Experience in scaled Agile environments
- Experience facilitating Agile training sessions
- Experience mentoring other delivery leaders
- Familiarity with modern software development practices (CI/CD, automated testing, user stories, TDD, etc.)
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including significant experience supporting Kanban teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
