Role Summary
We are seeking a Scrum Master with experience in healthcare and patient-related projects to facilitate Agile delivery and ensure smooth execution of patient-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams
Work closely with Product Owners, Client, and Tech Leads on patient program delivery
Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics
Ensure alignment with compliance and governance standards in healthcare projects
Required Skills
Experience
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Healthcare / Life Sciences
Hands-on experience with patient-related projects (patient engagement, adherence, onboarding, etc.)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
