Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support our Cyber Threat Management (CTM) team. This role will work closely with the CTM Product Owner and cross-functional teams to define milestones, drive execution, and deliver critical cybersecurity initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile leadership, experience operating across multiple teams, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity domains such as threat detection and response. You will play a key role in ensuring predictable delivery, removing impediments, and aligning execution with organizational cyber risk priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple cybersecurity teams, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives

• Partner closely with the Cyber Threat Management Product Owner to define milestones and drive execution against key initiatives

• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines

• Support initiatives across Cyber Threat Management capabilities, including:

• Threat intelligence

• Detection engineering and monitoring

• Threat hunting

• Incident response

• Proactively identify and remove blockers; escalate risks impacting delivery or control effectiveness

• Provide transparent, data-driven reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

• Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Ensure effective use of Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and maintain backlog health and visibility

Key Requirements:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Program Delivery

• Proven ability to support delivery across multiple teams or complex programs

• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks

• Experience in cybersecurity environments (e.g., SOC, threat management, incident response, detection engineering)

• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Experience within Cyber Threat Management or Cyber Defense organizations

• Familiarity with security tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, EDR, DLP, SOAR)

• Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred)

• Relevant certifications such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or CISSP
