Responsibilities: for the Senior Scrum Master include: Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the migration workstream Coordinate across data engineering, ETL, migration, cloud, QA, and DevSecOps teams to ensure alignment with delivery objectives and schedules Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and improve team performance and sprint predictability Prepare and communicate sprint metrics, burn-down charts, status reports, and delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders Support high-quality data migration outcomes through collaboration with Product Owners, QA teams, and technical leads Required Qualifications for the Senior Scrum Master include: 8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Facilitator supporting federal or enterprise programs Strong experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe frameworks, backlog management, sprint execution, and cross-functional team coordination Excellent facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Active Top Secret Security Clearance Qualifications: for the Senior Scrum Master include: 8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Facilitator supporting federal or enterprise programs Strong experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe frameworks, backlog management, sprint execution, and cross-functional team coordination Excellent facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Active Top Secret Security Clearance Compensation: for the Senior Scrum Master include: Salary Range: $175,000 - $185,000 depending on experience Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as required by law #LI-ER1 #LI-ONSITE
